What is the difference between OEM and ODM at your factory?
ODM adapts our existing cabinet lines to your needs — resize compartments, change colors, add your logo. OEM builds fully to your drawings and specifications. Both start with the same 48-hour quote.
Can you match our brand colors?
Yes. Powder coating supports full RAL color matching, and we can print or apply your logo on the product and the export packing. Send a color chip or RAL code with your inquiry.
What information do you need for a quote?
Four things: the application and room size, the herb or product volume you need to store, your material preference (powder-coated steel, 201 or 304 stainless), and the target quantity plus destination. A hand sketch is enough to start.
Is there a minimum order for custom designs?
No — MOQ is 1 unit, including custom OEM designs. Many buyers start with a single trial cabinet before scaling to container volumes.
How is the furniture packed for international shipping?
Export-standard packing designed for long-distance freight. Tell us your destination port and order size and the quote will include the packing and shipping plan.
Do you only make TCM cabinets?
TCM storage is our core, but the same production lines build steel filing cabinets, lockers, workbenches and lab furniture — ask us if your project mixes product types.
